RIGHTS GUARD OR CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE APPLIES: (Include one of the following notices in the synopsis whenever the solicitation exceeds $25,000 and it requires Right Guard technical data or a Controlled Technical Data Package (CTDP)): COLT INDUSTRIES: Restricted and Controlled Technical Data Package restrictions apply.
