- Synopsis TABLE FIXTURE DEVICES AND OPMA FIXTURES THIS IS A WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET ASIDE The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to procure eighteen (18) Table Fixture Device Assemblies and twelve (12) OPMA mount kits.� Delivery will be F.O.B.
