- GSA seeks to award an Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement for 12-Rope�NSNs; FSC 4020.� The performance period is expected to consist of five years and will be reviewed annually for continuation consideration.� Interested parties are invited to submit a completed RFQ document.� Sufficient descriptive literature is also required to determine the offered product meets the salient features of the item purchase descriptions contained in the RFQ.� Failure to�provide a completed RFQ may result in your quote not being considered for award.� Failure to provide sufficient descriptive literature to determine technical acceptability�will result in your quote being considered non-compliant and it will not�be evaluated for award.� The RFQ is attached.� The time and date established for receipt of quotes is identified in the quote.� Quotes received after this time will be considered late and will not be accepted.� Only emailed quotes will be accepted.�������� �
