- Amendment 0006:� This is an amendment to the above combined synopsis/solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended, additional Clarification Question and Answers and a revised Statement of Work�are incorporated.� A revised Statement of Work is hereby incorporated.� Attachment: Sanding Booth - SOW - 0002 The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended to April 12, 2021 at 10:00am. Additional Clarification Questions and Answers to the subject requirement are hereby incorporated.� Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (See Attachment).� Amendment 0005 This is an amendment to the above combined synopsis/solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended and Additional Clarification Question and Answers are incorporated.� The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended to April 8, 2021 at 10:00am. Additional Clarification Questions and Answers to the subject requirement are hereby incorporated.� A drawing of the area of installation is hereby incorporated. Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (See Attachment).� Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised Statement of Work.� Attachment: Sanding Booth - SOW - 0001 Amendment 0003:� The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date of the solicitation.�The hour and date specified for receipt of Offer is extended to April 1, 2021 at 10:00am. Amendment 0002:� The Purpose of this amendment is to post additional industry question and answers and to coordinate a site visit for interested parties. FIRST =Additional industry questions received and corresponding answers are hereby incorporated in the attached document. SECOND = A site visit for industry is scheduled for 23 March 2021 at 10:00 am CST. Contractors are to meet assigned personnel at Tinker's Visitor Center to get their pass/ID at 9:00 am on base. The visitors center is located at the Tinker Gate, 2911 S. Air Depot Blvd. Please make sure you have two forms of identification along with insurance verification for the vehicle you will be driving on base. If you will be driving a rental car, the rental agreement should work. If you plan to attend the site visit please let Amanda Payne know via email by 12:00pm CST on 22 March 2021. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual.� THIRD = All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Amendment 0001:� This is an amendment to the above combined synopsis/solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. Clarification Questions and Answers to the subject requirement are hereby incorporated.� Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (See Attachment).� USAF request the purchase of one (1) Sanding Booth with the following requirements/specifications: One Sanding Booth Open faced; slot in roof for crane Acceptable Range of Dimensions: Exterior Dimensions 96� � 98� Wide X 120� � 144� High X 170� � 176� Deep Interior Dimensions 94� � 96� Wide X 102� � 126� High X 138� � 144� Deep Constructed of 18 GA. galvanized metal with sound insulated quilt & vinyl sound mat Cartridge filters of nanofiber material rated 99.9% efficient at 0.5 microns Fan specifications: Minimum Face Velocity Created by Suction: 150 FPM, Minimum Motor Power: 10 HP, Equipped with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for �soft startup� and reduced suction during cleaning cycle, and Minimum Volumetric Flow Rate: 8,000 cfm Compressed Air Filter/Regulator Pulse clean 24 hour timer � 7 day PLC Clock Minimum of four (4) LED fixtures Safety afterfilter 99.97% HEPA MERV 17 with Magnehelic Guage (99.97% @ 0.3 Micron and above) Auger and Vacutron System. Installation Performance verification Training Contractor shall provide installation, training, and performance verification IAW this SOW. Contractor shall warranty the Sanding Booth for a period of no less than one (1) year. **See associated Statement of Work and Item Description**
