- ��������� �Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0099 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price BPA Call award under solicitation W81K0221Q0099 to Bloodworks NW, in the amount of $100,000.00 for local geographical area procurement of Whole Blood, & Whole Blood Products used for specific patient surgical procedures, Emergency Department, patients in crisis, and other procedures to sustain life at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. �The Surgeon and Surgical Team & ER Physicians and Laboratory Staff have made the determination that these whole blood products will meet the salient characteristics in the performance of surgical procedures, patient diagnosis & treatments for a positive and full patient recovery outcome. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued.�� Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.� Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. �Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil .� No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.� This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
