If so, FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting (DEVIATION 2020-O0008) will be utilized. If your firm is a small business under NAICS 541330 interested in submitting a qualifications package for this requirement, review the aforementioned class deviation and determine if it will be a limiting factor in your firm's ability to provide a qualification package. ORIGINAL: This notice is a sources sought. The�Sources�Sought�notice is a synopsis posted by a Government�agency seeking possible�sources�for a project. This notice is not a�solicitation for work or a request for proposal. The purpose of this notice is to identify interested and capable vendors to perform the work described below and to incorporate the results of this notice into the Government's Market Research Report. Below is a excerpt from the Government's draft statement of work. Respond to this notice by emailing SSgt Lukas M. Anderson at lukas.anderson@us.af.mil stating your organization's interest in accomplishing this effort. The combat alert cell (CAC) (bldg. 1300) at Eielson AFB, Alaska is a 25,126 SF facility. The CAC facility (center area and bays 3&4) is currently used as Fire Station 3, which is critical to providing emergency response capability to the South Loop of the airfield. The building is sitting on known contaminated soil areas ST049 and TU077. The facility was not designed to be used as a firehouse, so it does not adequately accommodate their mission. As such it is in need of renovation for reasons that include the following: Upgrade all walls, trim, windows, floors, doors, false ceilings, paint, fixtures etc. in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd �floor and demo walls in first floor HVAC/AC in sleeping quarters Upgrade electric system throughout (220V addition) Industrial kitchen (counters, cabinets, stove, hood, plumbing, sinks, refrigerators/freezer hook up) Gut and replace plumbing E&I assessment/upgrade for AFNET (drops and fiber upgrade) Female bathroom 2nd floor Washer and dryer hook up exhausted to the exterior IAW NFPA 211 Fire detection and Carbon Monoxide detection as required 1st floor security/fire door Carbon monoxide scrubbing system (truck stalls) Crash phone hook up Public address system Air Compressor hook ups (stalls) East bay overhead doors (both ends for drive through capabilities) Epoxy/striping of truck stall floor (safety zones) Fuel water separator (truck stalls) Overhead truck fills installation Upgrade truck stall lights Fire rated doors for truck stalls Exterior personnel entry doors (North side)
