This is a Sources Sought and not an actual bid or proposal solicitation; instead, it is a solicitation of interest.� This market research is being conducted by the Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Office, Division of Acquisition Management to determine the capabilities and interests of GSA or VA. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Indian Health Service is utilizing this tool as part of market research.
