MARKET SURVEY FOR Service Bulletin 700D1A11-35-004 R1 Modification - - Installation of provisions for crew Sweep-On 2000 oxygen masks and installation of half oxygen mask and mic jack for pilot and copilot per STC # ST01065WI-D (serial # 9160) NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS AND SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. Contact information below. This is a Market Survey to attain information, comments, and capabilities from industry in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy that will aid in the formation of an acquisition strategy and award for Electronic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Contract Solicitation Requirements for the FAA Flight Program Operations (FPO). The responses to this Market Survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this Market Survey. Therefore any cost associated with the Market Survey submission is solely at the interested vendors� expense. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined.� The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside (all or part of the procurement) for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or other eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1680 - MISCELLANEOUS AIRCRAFT ACCESSORIES AND COMPONENTS. Background: The FAA operates a Global5000 Jet BD700D1A11 out of Atlantic City, NJ (KACY). This aircraft has specialized equipment to accomplish the FAA research, Development, Test and Evaluation mission. The oxygen system in the aircraft does not meet Agency requirements the FAA requires installation of the oxygen system upgrade according to the STC. Vendors shall address the following 3 components within their submittal: 1. Company Information: Please provide your - DUNS number, small business status (woman-owned, veteran-owned, etc.) - Point of contact, to include: name, title, telephone number, business address, and email address - Size and type of services provided on previous contracts - Number of years in business 2. Requirements: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Flight Program Operations, has a requirement for SB 700D1A11-35-004 R1 Modification � Parts, labor, installation and certification of provisions for crew Sweep-On 2000 oxygen masks and installation of half oxygen mask and mic jack for pilot and copilot per Supplemental Type Certificate STC # ST01065WI-D (9160). What is your organization�s: Authority to install required STC and process all certification requirements to an airworthy condition� Experience in installation of STC relating to Oxygen Systems� Ability to secure access to STC # ST01065WI-D (9160) Aircraft downtime expected for this modification� Locations where the work may be accomplished 3.
