- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses to provide the required products and/or services. The Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) is seeking information for potential sources for development, operations, and maintenance of Spectrum Sharing Coordination Portal (SSCP) capabilities.� The SSCP effort will include: continuing software development/enhancement, software maintenance, and operations to support the 1755-1780 MHz Early Entry Portal (EEP), which facilitates the ongoing coordination between Advanced Wireless Services-3 (AWS-3) Licensees and DoD components whose operations are planned to transition out of the 1755-1780 MHz band or are planned to remain in the band indefinitely transition of the 1755-1780 MHz EEP to the National Telecommunication Information Administration (NTIA) for long term sharing between AWS-3 Licensees and DoD software development/enhancement, software maintenance, and operations of SSCPs to support coordination in other bands, including the 3.45-3.55 GHz band. The contractor awarded the SSCP effort will provide all corrective maintenance, system user support, software development, system (and software) documentation, system/software operations, help desk, and maintenance services to each portal. Period of Performance (PoP):� The PoP will be: Base Year:����� Nov 2021 - Nov 2022 OY1:�������������� Nov 2022 - Nov 2023 OY2:�������������� Nov 2023 - Nov 2024 OY3:�������������� Nov 2024 - May 2025 (6 months) Place of Performance:� The primary place of performance will be the contractor facility, with periodic local travel to DSO facilities and within the National Capitol Region.� The DSO sites are 2004 Turbot Landing, Annapolis, MD and 6916 Cooper Avenue, Fort George G.
