- STATEMENT OF WORK Statement of Work�� WOVEN WIRE FENCING CAMP PENDLETON, CA�� �� Background:�Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, utilizes woven wire fencing to contain and secure supplies, equipment, and other materials within warehousing facilities.�� � � � �2.� Objectives:�To have woven wire fencing installed at the designated job location.�� � � � �3.� Scope:�To provide security to designated items as per current security regulations.�� � � � �4.� Tasks: � � � � � � � �4.1 -�Schedule On-Site Field Measurement with TPOC�5 business days of Award � � � � � � � �4.2 -�Perform On-Site Field Measure with TPOC�10 business days of Award � � � � � � � �4.3 -�Furnish Woven Wire Fencing Material�RDD TBD � � � � � � � �4.4 -�Commence Woven Wire Fencing Installation�RDD TBD � � � � � � � �4.5 -�The TPOC will inspect the job when complete�TBD Task 1 � Schedule On-Site Field Measurement with TPOC��� The Contractor will schedule an on-site field measurement with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) within five (5) business days of contract award.�� Task 2 � Perform On-Site Field Measurement with TPOC���� The Contractor will attend the on-site field measurement with the TPOC within ten (10) business days of contract award. The TPOC will accompany the contractor to the job site to ensure that the contractor has a full understanding of the required scope and possess all required information to perform the job. The Contractor will bring measuring equipment and the government�s technical drawing to the field measurement. The contractor will provide a drawing(s) to the TPOC for approval prior to fabrication.�� Task 3 � Furnish Woven Wire Fencing Material���� The Contractor will fabricate the materials in accordance with the Government's standards.�� Material Requirements are as follows:�� All wire edges are to be enclosed in at least 12 gauge channel. Require 10 gauge 1 �"" diamond wire mesh. Fence stiffeners, if required, are to be posts centered on the wire partitions.�� Color: Dark Brown�� Paint: Enamel ( semi-gloss)�� Task 4 � Woven Wire Fencing Installation���� The Contractor will install all required woven wire fencing in accordance with Government provided technical drawing (See Enclosure).�� Task 5 � Completed Job Inspection���� This Contract does not contain a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP); however, the TPOC will inspect the job for quality upon completion. Quality will be measured in accordance with the following:�� Measurement information from the on-site field measurement�� Technical Drawing(s) Contractor's quoted material at the time of the solicitation
