Description

HP MFD warranty and maintenance for 89 HP MFD. Notice of Intent to Sole Source Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS CORPORATION 7370 STEEL MILL DR SPRINGFIELD VA 22150-3600. The requirement is for non-personnel services contract to provide 513th MI BDE with MFD warranty renewal on Fort Gordon, GA 30905.� Period of Performance is April 15, 2021, - April 14 2022. The NAICS code is 334118. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) Logical Follow-on . The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under FAR Part 8. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 14:00 pm on 9 April 2021, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
