Description
This is a notice of intent to conduct a procurement action under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS), Office of Acquisition Management (AM) Internal Acquisition Division intends to increase the ceiling on existing Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract 47QSCC18D0001. The purpose of the contract is to provide logistics support services to federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers within Europe. The contractor is responsible for sourcing and delivering office supplies, tools and hardware, houseware, furniture, cleaning products, and other items within 3-5 business days of receipt of order. The current contractor is Noble Supply and Logistics. 47QSCC18D0001 is an IDIQ contract awarded March 22, 2018 with a one-year base ordering period and four one-year optional ordering periods. The final option period expires March 21, 2023. The intent is to increase the ceiling from $59,762,165 to $87,000,000. The ceiling increase is needed to provide continuity of services under the established IDIQ until GSA can successfully recompete the requirement. The requirement for a ceiling increase is the result of higher-than-expected need and demand during the initial ordering periods under this IDIQ.
