- Description
- The Embassy of the United States of America in London requires health insurance coverage for the locally employed staff of the US Consulate General in Hamilton, Bermuda. �The Embassy encourages prospective offerors to offer off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. �All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. � The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. � The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on Tuesday March 2nd 2021�at 10am Atlantic Standard Time Zone (AST) at the Consulate in Bermuda and also over Microsoft Teams. Offerors who are interested in attending should contact londonproc@state.gov before 12.00pm (noon) Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on the 26th February 2021 with the full names of their participants. All questions must be received in writing no later than 12th March 2021.�Please address your questions to the Contracting Officer, at londonproc@state.gov Responses are due no later than�12.00pm (noon) Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on the 8th April 2021. Please either upload your response here in�beta.sam.gov or email it to londonproc@state.gov All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Please find attached the Questions and Answers for this solicitation, along with the pre-proposal conference minutes and an amendment to the solicitation. Please note that the amendment must be acknowledged when you submit your proposal. To do this please completing sections 8 and 15 of the amendment and return a copy with your proposal.
