Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement to for a contractor to purchase and install A new standalone, Network Video Management System (NVMS), fixed/panoramic IP cameras, client workstations, control center flat panel monitors, and all additional equipment, appurtenances, and labor necessary for a fully functional IP Video Surveillance System (VSS) system located at the Foley FOB and courthouse at 300 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Contractor shall perform VSS and IDS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). � This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/ trade-offs. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 120 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http: www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management. This is a synopsis only; NO DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED AT THIS TIME. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist Rachel Kalac at Rachel.D.Kalac@fps.dhs.gov. The RFQ documents will be issued on or about May 12, 2021. �
