- The 14th Medical Group at Columbus supports the 14th Flying Training Wing and manages the day-to-day health care needs of Columbus Air Force Base personnel and their families. Contractor will have knowledge in specific abilities: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Development as it relates to assessing, maintaining and improving job knowledge, career enhancement and mandates of accrediting agencies. 2)�Knowledge of the process, implementation, and review of research to include source references 3)�Knowledge of quality improvement principles.� Working knowledge of adult learning principles, learning styles, and teaching methods. 4)�Use of MILPDS/OTA, ADLS/TFTR, MRDSS, Defense Connect Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Telephone Conference Calling and MS teams are highly desired.
