Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 131,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 151,000 Maximum RSF: 151,000 Space Type: Office & Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 802 Parking Spaces (Surface): See �Parking Spaces (Total)� section Parking Spaces (Structured): See �Parking Spaces (Total)� section Parking Spaces (Reserved): See �Parking Spaces (Total)� section Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Requirements: Minimum slab to slab height of 15� required for office and related space. Warehouse component: Apx. 4,000 USF of warehouse space with a clear stacking height of 24� is required. Building must have two (2) loading docks to accommodate a fifty-three (53) foot tractor trailer. Public Transportation: City bus line must be located within a � mile from an entrance of the Building. If the proposed Building is multi-storied, then it must have a freight elevator. 400 additional parking spaces must be available onsite or commercially available and within � walkable mile of an entrance to the building. If not onsite path from parking to building must be on a paved sidewalk. Building must have two separate power feeds for full back-up power. A back-up generator is not an acceptable alternative to this requirement. Offered space must be able to meet Government requirements contained in both Prospectus PTX-01-AU20 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the RLP and Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
