- Constuction Project- Repair scupper roof drainage piping system and damaged drywall at the Kahului Airport per attached Statement of Work. 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE $.00 - $25,000.00 NO BONDING WILL BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE EXCEEDS $35K.
