Description

The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the Product Director Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (PD-TMDE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract for the Next Generation Automated Test System (NGATS) to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S. McDonnell Blvd, Saint Louis, MO, 63134-1939. The Justification & Approval (J&A) cites unacceptable delays to the Government.� Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
