- Posting of the RFP�W911N2-21-R-0024 Oscilloscopes Services Posting of Synopsis for RFP W911N2-21-R-0024 Oscilloscopes Services. SYNOPSIS W911N2-21-R-0024 �Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a a Hybrid Firm Fixed Pric (FFP) Contract with Time & Material (T&M) CLINs for Preventative Maintenance/Calibration (PM), and Repair Services for LEMC�s Oscilloscope Units. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and two (2) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be unrestricted.� The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 � TESTING LABRATORIES, the size standard is $16,500,000.00 and the product code/service code is 1450.� This will be Freight On board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.� Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0024 will be released on or about 05 April 2021, with a closing date on or about 19 April 2021.� The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.� The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.� All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide repair services for multiple DPO7104C C131185 Tektronix, 1 GHz, 5/10/20 GS/s (4/2/1 ch), 25 M record length, 4?channel digital phosphor oscilloscopes. The repairs will be conducted according to the equipment manufacturer and LEMC specifications, and according to the frequency recommended by the LEMC COR. The repairs will be conducted off-site, and on an as needed basis, according to the government request as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. �For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 Calibration and certification testing laboratories or services and 811219 � Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standards are $16,500,000 and $22,000,000, respectively.
