Description

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Exhaust Hoods services at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the services sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561790, and the small business size standard is $8M. This requirement is set aside to Women-Owned Small Businesses only. The solicitation number is # FA302021R0001�and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). See attachment 1��Price Exhibit Worksheet� to enter proposed prices and review all attachments for further instructions for offerors. All documents including the solicitation, Performance Work Statement�(PWS, attachment 2), and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. All questions must be submitted by 11:00 AM CDT on 29 April 2021, and MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.�A�site visit will be held on 22 April 2021 at 10:00 am CST; interested participants must sign up by submitting an email to the Primary contact (see attachment 7-Instructions�to Offerors for more info). NOTE:�To be fair to all offerors, we will only reply to questions after 29 April 2021, by an amendment to the solicitation once the window for questions is closed.� We will compile all questions received and post them with answers all in one document.� The solicitation will close at 11:00 AM CDT�on 18 May 2021.
