This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) to provide Canon Colorwave 3600 Wide Format Printer and Stacker Select maintenance for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Columbus, Ohio.� This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside.�� There are three attachments--RFQ HQ042321R0019, Schedule of Items Table, and Provisions form.� Please complete all requested information and return all three forms.�� Before submitting your quote, ensure your company has an active registration/CAGE code.� You can register at www.sam.gov.� Registration is free.�� Complete requirement details are shown on the RFQ document in the DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE section.�� END ____________________________________________ AMENDMENT 1, APRIL 1, 2021� QUESTION/ANSWER 1--PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR SEVERAL QUESTIONS/ANSWERS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION.�� 1.� Can you provide the estimated usage of the Colorwave 3600?� � � �The�usage is 36 Sq. Ft. a month. 2.� Can you please verify the make and model of the scanner?� � � �There is no model number on the scanner.� It came with the system: Canon Colorwave 3600 MFP Print System with Stacker Select. The SN# to the scanner is SN#355500021 END __________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 2, APRIL 9, 2021.�� THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME OF THIS RFQ HAS BEEN CHANGED TO APRIL 16, 2021 AT 10:00 A.M.
