- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received in response to this solicitation and to provide the Schedule B Excel worksheets for each of the sample projects.�Answers are provided in bold italic font. The period to submit questions ended on March 30, 2021. Questions are no longer being accepted. The proposal due date and time is not being extended. Proposals are due on April 20, 2021 at 2:00:00 ET. *********************************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Solicitation Number USCA210042 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only publication. This solicitation will result in the award of more than one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the acquisition of courtroom technology equipment, installation, integration, training, warranty and maintenance services. Task Orders will be issued by Contracting Officers throughout the Judiciary. Each will contain the Government�s design specification which will contain specific make and model solutions for the required equipment. No interim, progress, or milestone payments are authorized for this acquisition. The contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time of proposal submission. The government will make an award from this request for proposal to the technically acceptable, responsible offerors whose proposal offers the lowest price to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. All proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM ET, Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Any proposal, modification, or revision that is received at the designated Government office after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals is ""late"" and will not be considered. No telephone, written, e-mail or fax requests for documents will be accepted; all interested offerors must download their own documents from the internet - no exceptions.
