- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a requirement for off-the-shelf instructional materials for students and teachers for Middle School mathematics courses: Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, and Accelerated Math 7/8. DoDEA requires off-the-shelf print and digital teacher and student research-based resources aligned to the focus, coherence and rigor of the College and Career Ready Standards for mathematics (CCRSM). DoDEA requires a variety of assessments that assess students at different stages of learning. DoDEA requires teacher, school leader, and above school level professional learning to implement the program with fidelity. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed as a small business set-aside and will result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award as a five year base period with one 12 month option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511130- Book publishers.� Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125421Q0017, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote will be available on beta.SAM.gov�on or about April 20, 2021, with a tentative closing date of on or about May 20, 2021.� It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor Beta.SAM.gov�for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation.� No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
