Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C252-21-B-0013 Project: Renovation of Donated Lacrosse Home Project Number: 676-328 Location: 3120 FARNAM ST LaCrosse WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project 676-328 Donated Lacrosse Home. The project magnitude price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard $39.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 120 calendar days. This project consists of two phases that will allow for major construction without interruption to veterans in phase one. Phase 1 is 60 days following Notice to Proceed and Phase 2 project duration is 60 days. Phase 2 work includes minor construction and must allow for staff and veterans to move into and occupy the living spaces without major interruption. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to beta.sam.gov (https://www.beta.sam.gov) on or about April 9th, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for May 10, 2021 at 1300. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project shall be conducted on April 14, 2021 at 1000 at the LaCrosse address location. All prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, and at time of award the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
