- Amendment 1 (17 March 2021) -�A site visit was requested by a potential offeror. This amendment attaches an updated synopsitation document that provides the Site Visit details and registration instructions. The response due date and time has also been extended to 2 April 2021 at 3:00PM EST.� Amendment 2 (18 March 2021) - This amendment attaches a Floor Plan drawing of Wing's Grill. The amendment also updates the Statement of Work (SOW) to include instructions on use of the Floor Plan drawing. Lastly, the amendement attaches the document titled ""Solicitation Questions"". This document contains the list of questions potential offeror's have responded with in reference to solicitation # FA8601-21-Q-0056.��� Amendment 3 (25 March 2021) - This amendment attaches the document titled ""Site Visit - Wall Dimensions"". This document provides a picture of the wall where�the 32 Self-Serve & Self-Pay draft beer taps will be installed. Also included in this document is the wall measurements. This amendment also extends the proposal due date to 16�April 2021.� Amendment 4 (09 April 2021) - This amendment attaches an updated Statement of Work (SOW), dated 09 April 2021. Within this SOW, a sentence has been added that states ""The Government will provide and install CAT5/CAT6 cables required by the awarded contractor for installation of the self-serve & self-pay draft beer systems.� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (�synopsitation� hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for a commercial product, i.e. Self-Serve & Self-Pay Draft Beer Systems, as described under the attachment titled �Statement of Work.� and �Solicitation Document.� The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is conducted as a commercial product procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror based upon (1) following the requirements of the synopsitation; (2) the ability to comply with the minimum requirements stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) by providing a complete description of the equipment provided; and (3) Price. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. �� Synopsitation Number: �FA8601-21-Q-0056� This acquisition is a Non-Appropriated Fund Acquisition (NAF) and therefore will be competed Full and Open. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WPAFB will be conducting a Site Visit with regards to this solicitation on 25 March 2021. Please RSVP via email no later than 12:00 PM EST on 22 March 2021. The names of company representative(s) as well as their driver's license numbers and state of issue shall be included in the RSVP email. The details of the Site Visit are as follows: Date: 25 March 2021 Time: 1:00 PM EST Location: Lahm Cir, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433 Attendees: Two (2) company representatives per contractor will be granted access. Participation in this Site Visit will be at no cost to the Government. All travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements will be at the expense of the contractor.� Participation in the Site Visit is not required in order to submit an offer, and no preference will be given to participants.
