- *************UPDATE***************************** Thursday, April 8, 2021 Amendment P0001 to RFP # 70RWMD21R00000004 has been posted to beta.sam.gov. Please review the description below and the attachment/links section of this posting for updates. The purpose of amendment P00001 to Request for Proposal (RFP) number 70RWMD21R00000004 is to incorporate a revised version of the RFP, Attachment 3 � Bailment Agreement, Attachment 1 � Requirements, and to include RFP Q&A responses. Revision are incorporated in red text. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) , Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Acquisition Division (CWMDAD) is issuing a�Request for Proposal (RFP) #70RWMD21R00000004 to establish a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Radioisotope Identification Devices (RIIDs) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested vendors are encouraged to provide feedback and comments in response to this RFP. Comments shall be submitted using Attachment 4. Comments shall be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March�24, 2021. Interested vendors shall submit comments to the Contract Specialist, Ronald Miles, at Ronald.Miles@hq.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer, Jennifer D'Addio, at Jennifer.Daddio@hq.dhs.gov. All proposal submissions are due no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET), April�16, 2021. The proposals shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialists and the Contracting Officer listed above.�
