- This is a full and open combined synopsis. Any resulting award will be for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one (1) year base period and a six (6) month optional period.�� � The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform all work and services in accordance with the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1 to the solicitation.� Read and follow all instructions in the synopsis/solicitation for submitting a proposal.� Contractors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with preparation of the proposal. Proposals are due 10:00am local Arizona time on 26 April 2021.� Submit questions by e-mail no later than 4:00 PM local Arizona time on 19 April 2021 to Douglas.S.Kirby.civ@mail.mil and Nancy.E.Johnson.civ@mail.mil.
