The Department of the Navy seeks to award two (2) separate leased office spaces in the Lexington Park, Maryland area for one year with four (4) one year renewal options in St. Mary�s County, Maryland. The space requirements per American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) square feet of Class A administrative office space are as follows: REQUIREMENT LI-13123: APPROXIMATELY 8,163 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE WITH 50 DEDICATED PARKING SPACES REQUIRED; AND REQUIREMENT LI-11717: APPROXIMATELY 11,902 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE WITH 40 DEDICATED PARKING SPACES REQUIRED; See full SFO and all attachments for more information.�
