- NSN: 9140-01-456-2020 (Electricity and Ancillary Services) This is a SYNOPSIS�for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. The Defense logistics agency energy parentheses DLA energy parentheses intends to issue a solicitation SPE60421R0402 on or near May 3, 2021 (05/03/2021) for the supply of electricity and any ancillary services to be delivered to Naval installations located in the PJM Regional Transmission Organization's market area. The Government is soliciting Offers for a 24 month delivery (beginning with the meter read date occurring in the month of December 2021 through the meter read date occurring in the month of December 2023)�for�accounts located in the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with an estimated quantity of 1,296,980,536 kWh's. Awarded contract(s)�will be Firm-Fixed Requirement Type utilizing Locational Marginal Pricing. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal. The proposed contract action will be made to offer(s), who, at the time of award, is on the approved list of Retail Electric Providers in the states�in which the award(s)�are to be made. No proposed award(s)�will be made to any offer(s)�who appear on the Office�of Foreign Assets Control - Special Designated National (SDN) list, The Industry & Security - Denied Persons List (DPL),�Federal Awarded Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS),�and or Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The closing date of the proposed solicitation��will be clearly stated on the SF 1449�but, is anticipated to close on or near June 4, 2021.
