- Sources Sought Notice No solicitation exists currently. This is a Sources Sought Notice to help locate potential sources that may be interested in this requirement and is being used as a means of market research for planning purposes only. This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals nor quotes and shall not obligate the government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to obtain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing On-Site Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nursing Services, with the ability to meet the requirements of a resulting solicitation with this North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 621492 at the Charles George Asheville VA Medical Center located in Asheville NC. It has been determined that any (potential sources) shall provide properly trained and qualified Registered Nurses (RN s) appropriately licensed in the state of North Carolina capable of providing the above services must demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the required services and their capabilities to provide such services required to meet the following: The acceptable response time is contingent upon the urgency of the need as determined by the ordering physician: a) within two (2) hours of Emergent services; b) within four (4) hours for Immediate services; and c) within twelve (12) hours for chronic, routine hemodialysis treatments. Potential offerors shall be required to supply the following: Commercially available dialysis solutions ordered for hemodialysis Tubing Sets required for Contractor provided equipment One Dialyzer to be included in the per treatment fee All Filters required for Contractor provided equipment including Transducer Protectors and filters Fistula Needles Water Quality Analysis Supplies Potential Offerors shall provide properly trained, demonstrated experience, knowledge and capability to provide qualified On-Site Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nursing Services (RN s) appropriately licensed in the state of North Carolina shall provide the following on company letterhead ; Complete Business Name as registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM), Point of Contact, Business Size, Social Economic Status; Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Small Business, etc.), Capability Statement containing information about recent relevant project/s similar in size and nature, DUNS Number and Address, by 3:00 o'clock pm EST 06/19/2020. Any interested party with questions shall ask their questions via email to warren.o bryant@va.gov from 06/01/2020 until 3:00pm EST 06/05/2020 (no telephone calls will be accepted). All answers will be provided individually to the interested parties on or about 06/09/2020.
