THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are adequate vendors available capable of providing the requirement. USDA-ARS-PWA in Logan, UT is co-located within the Utah State University (USU) � USDA has a need for the USU Facilities Department to perform the preventative maintenance of the controls system. Services and supplies included as determined necessary are approved from the following departments of the Facilities Division. This includes HVAC, plumber, carpenter, electrical, waste management, distribution, network computing, greenhouses rental, annual fire and elevator inspections, and nuclear magnetic chemistry analysis. The building is located on the campus of USU and the building's HVAC system is part of USU's system and overseen and maintained by USU. This is for preventative and maintenance service requirement. USU maintains the HVAC system.� USU remotely monitor/maintain the HVAC system. The water system is with USU. These services are currently performed by Utah State University. In response to this sources sought notice please submit information on your company's capabilities to provide this type of service via email to lam.pham@usda.gov by Friday 04/12/2021 by 1:00 pm Pacific Time.� The Government acknowledges that responses to this source sought notice are not binding offers. The information obtained will assist in our market research and future solicitation processes. The purpose of this sources sought is solely to obtain information and sources for our future requirements.
