Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street Boulevard, Erie, PA 16504 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirement necessary to perform ambulance transport services as needed for the Erie VA Medical Center and its associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). See the attached Statement of Work for a full description of required services. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required. All interested firms who can meet the described requirement should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities, geographic location and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contract Specialist Heather Krah at heather.krah@va.gov, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), April 15, 2021. Solicitation 36C24421Q0562 Erie VAMC Ambulance Services has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. The NAICS Code 621910 is applicable to this acquisition, with a Business Size Standard of $16.5 M. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
