- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command 928th CSB/RCO Bavaria is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a Dump Truck, make Tatra, type Phoenix or equivalent, to be used within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Germany. The PSC for this requirement is 2320. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. The item under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This requirement will be solicited as �Brand Name or Equal� using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.�The resultant contract will be a Single Award firm fixed price (FFP), lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.sam.gov and to frequently monitor beta.sam.gov for any amendments.�A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.� Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
