Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. General Services Administration Public Building Services intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Business Innovation Partners Georgia LLC. �for conducting the two (2) virtual training courses for�Project Leadership and Mastery Program training Course.� The period of performance for first class is July 7-8, 2021 and second class is July 20-21, 2021 This training is required for Project Managers to enhance their skill sets/competencies required and help maintain their certifications.� This course also benefits Architects and Engineers staff. �The determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on the fact this course was previously taught in 2020 to Project Management Division associates.� Due to schedule and other challenges not all associates were able to attend the training in 2020.� Plus, there are now new associates that have joined the division and need this training.� To ensure the training is of the same quality and the information is consistent, it is imperative that the same vendor and instructor teach the course.� The NAICS code is 611430 with a small business standard of $11M. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations and a written solicitation will not be issued.
