- The purpose of this notice is to inform Industry of an upcoming Industry Day for the Common Hardware Systems (CHS) program�s sixth generation contract, CHS-6. The CHS Industry Day will be held on Thursday, 22 April 2021 from 1255 � 1410 EST during the Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI). �Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19, the 2021 APBI will be held virtually via MS Teams. The meeting will provide an overview of the second Request For Information (RFI) released to Industry in January, an overview of the CHS mission, and additional information for the CHS-6 contract. The meeting will conclude with a question and answer session. Questions can be provide ahead of time by emailing the personnel below. Questions can also be asked during the event. All proprietary questions should be marked Proprietary. All questions not marked proprietary will be read and answered during the Industry Day forum. This announcement is not a contract, a request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
