Description

This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Duchesne IHS Clinic is in need of the replacement of the automated logic control system for its�Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The HVAC control system software�and the variable air volume (VAV) controls are no longer supported due to its age. The HVAC�control system hardware cannot communicated with supported HVAC software systems. HVAC air�exchange rates are not at optimum due to manual control of VAVs throughout the clinic.
