Description
The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to clean & paint approach light poles at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA Point of Contact:� Tony Bryant, Contracting Officer 817 222-4178 tony.w.bryant@faa.gov The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified 8(a) small disadvantaged business contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below General Statement of Work: The facilities are described as Alignment Lighting Systems (ALS) used for approach landing assistance, and are located at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials along with necessary tools and rigging to perform all work associated with this package description. Contractor shall clean fiberglass support light cylinders (POLES), with recommended fiberglass cleaner #P/N 90915005. Apply one coat primer then one coat paint #P/N 90915003 (two part kit) as prescribed by use of brush. Contractor will supply all materials, equipment, tools, services, and skilled labor necessary to clean and paint all fiberglass cylinder light poles and cross bars as outlined herein. Strongly recommend contractors visit each facility and pole locations prior to submitting a bid. Expected Number Poles for each Facility: FSQ ������ (RWY 27L)����������� = ����������� 115 poles OMO ��� (RWY 10)������������� = ����������� 40 poles PKU������ (RWY 28)������������� =������������ 75 poles 1. �Contract performance time is 30 calendar days after NTP per location 2.� This procurement is an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Set Aside 3.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310 � Highway, Street, Bridge Construction 4.� The Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million 5.� The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. 6.� Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. �Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal. The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late April 2021. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by April 16, 2021.
