Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requires the procurement of instructor based training services to develop and teach an Advanced Management Program in support of the Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS), Newport, RI. The intent is to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award IDIQ contract and subsequent task order under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 and 16. This Synopsis will be posted on both Beta Sam (https://beta.sam.gov/) and NECO (https://neco.navy.mil). No solicitation is available at this time, this is only a synopsis. The NAICS Code is 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training, and the small business standard is $12 Million. This requirement is being set aside 100% small business only. Anticipated release of the solicitation is 15 March 2021. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
