- PROJECT TITLE: Jordan River NFH Raceway 57/58 Rehab Project PROJECT LOCATION: FWS Jordan River National Fish Hatchery 6623 Turner Road Elmira, MI 49730-9318 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Work includes but is not limited to the construction of reinforced concrete pavements and sealing joints in existing raceways at the Jordan River National Fish Hatchery. Work also includes associated grading, manhole adjustments, and vapor barrier installation. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Standard: $39.50m Request for Proposal Package (RFP), will be available at no cost via electronic commerce at https://beta.SAM.gov on or about April 29, 2021.
