Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (DTA), proposes to award a sole-source, 60-day, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for the acquisition and delivery of a variety of spare parts related to the engine for the Pump Rack Module (PRM) system. The material to be acquired is specifically related to the Deere manufactured engine that drives the system pump. The parts are sourced through the Deere repair parts distribution network and only may� be purchased through the Deere dealer network. The vendor is RDO Equipment Co.(Deere Authorized Dealer), 700 7th Street South, Fargo, ND 58103, CAGE: 1J9P9, SAM Registered, DUNS: 825067937. A Limited Sources Justification was approved in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1),Soliciting from a Single Source, for this acquisition.
