*****This solicitation has been amended on 4/13/2021.� See Solicitation Amendment FA469021R0010001 SF30�in the attached documents section of this notice for a detailed description of the changes.� This amendment DOES NOT extend the�offer due date.***** NOTICE:��Funds�are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the�availability�of appropriated�funds�from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until�funds�are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such�availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation is for a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS), located on Ellsworth AFB, SD, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.� Offerors shall provide proposals in accordance�the solicitation documents.��In order to submit a proposal, all offerors must be fully regisitered at BetaSAM.gov and have updated Reps & Certs that include revised provisions/clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25 and 52.204-26.
