The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources, small and other than small businesses, to perform a potential requirement. Respondents are required to be registered and in good standing in The System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1 Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 519130 and the size standard is 1000 EMP. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Place of Performance: Audie L Murphy VAMC, 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio, TX 78229 Anticipated period of performance: Base plus four (4) one-year options. Base: May 01, 2021 - April 30, 2022 Option Year One: May 01, 2022 - April 30, 2023 Option Year Two: May 01, 2023 - April 30, 2024 Option Year Three: May 01, 2024 - April 30, 2025 Option Year Four: May 01, 2025 - April 30, 2026 Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide the services required in the Statement of work. The firm must include all certifications, qualifications, and training certificates to perform work on the outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Synopsis General: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Hand Hygiene infection prevention monitoring subscription services. Services required: Purpose: provide website subscription with continuous monitoring during day-to-day operations No additional software installation or hardware is needed to monitor the process. Parameters required to monitor: Data collection from reporting software in both standard direct observation and electronic monitoring 100% cloud based required; no additional hardware/infrastructure needed  Software updates and maintenance to be included browser-based for mobile that does not require a local install, and works with IOS and Android Provide browser-based reporting for centralized administration Provide an enterprise-scale solution to comparisons of multi-facility analytics for roll up and drill down abilities web-based system can be used on a desktop, laptop, smart phone/tablet (not just one type of device).  Must allow multiple users to enter observations at the same time. real-time using a dashboard format, including color indicators and interfacing with https://login.jcrinc.com/ End of Document
