Sources Sought/Request for Information Description: This Sources Sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Navy to identify potential sources, and to issue a Request for Information (RFI) from all businesses capable of providing long-term support for Energy Conversion Research and Development (R&D) including Advanced Auxiliary Systems � Shaft Bearings, Energy Harvesting, Applied Superconductivity, Cryogenic Processes and Systems, Naval Chillers and Chilled Water Systems, Advanced Fan Coil Units, Advanced Power Generation and Distribution Development for Future Ship Propulsion and Power Systems, Electrochemical Process / Fuel Cells, Advanced Power Generation, Energy Storage Modules, Separation Processes � Desalination, Thermal Management and Waste Heat Recovery, Advanced Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technologies, and Advanced Life Support /Atmosphere Control as required in Philadelphia, PA.. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain vendor feedback to determine the number of potential and interested vendors to compete and to comply with the Navy�s proposed requirements.
