Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirement necessary to perform Rideshare Scheduling Services as needed for the Coatesville VA Medical Center. Services required include, but are not limited to, providing Rideshare Scheduling Services with companies such as Uber and Lyft within the geographic areas of Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties of Pennsylvania. The resulting rideshare services assist in providing transportation services to Vocational Rehabilitation beneficiaries for the purpose of increasing employment access as a part of the Veterans Get to Work Employment initiative. This program gives identified Veterans access to jobs that match their skills, abilities, needs and preferences by getting them to and from the doors of matched employers. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required. All interested firms who can meet the described requirement should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities, geographic location and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contract Specialist Heather Krah at heather.krah@va.gov, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), April 15, 2021. Solicitation 36C24421Q0570 Coatesville Rideshare Services has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. The NAICS Code 485310 is applicable to this acquisition, with a Business Size Standard of $16.5 M. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
