- CAMI ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) SOFTWARE SOLUTION / PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT �Introduction/Description The CAMI Occupational Health Clinic and HQ Health Unit currently use a legacy system called the Clinic Health Awareness Program Subsystem (CHAPS) to enter patient visit information. �This system is obsolete, does not meet the requirements of the two offices, and will be decommissioned in the next two years, so a new solution must be found. This acquisition outlines the purchase of COTS EMR software. �The Contractor must deliver, install, migrate legacy data to new system, and provide appropriate commercial training for the end-users. This is a General Services Administration (GSA) Authorized Federal Supply Schedule (GS-35-F-0032U). NAICS: �541512 Computer Systems Design Services PSC: �L070 TECH REP SVCS/ADP EQ & SUPPLIES Authority Authority for single source procurement is provided by Acquisition Management Policy section 3.2.2.4 entitled Single Source Selection; support may be acquired when based on actions necessary and important to support the FAA�s mission such as emergencies, standardization, and only source available to satisfy a requirement within the time required (FAA Acquisition Management Policy, 2020). Specialized Expertise Cority is the only one out of market research analysis that is listed as FedRamp Ready and has the Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Modules. The Federal Risk and Management Program Dashboard (fedramp.gov) (Retrieved 24 Feb 2021) END PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT The purpose of this Source Sought amendment is to clarify this is a new requirement. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), Occupational Health Clinic and the Headquarters Health Unit provide basic support to FAA employees and contractors. The CAMI Occupational Health Clinic has a mix of physicians, nurses, physician assistance and other health professionals who provide a varied set of health care needs as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this market survey is to understand current market conditions, availability, interest and capability in the provision of a firm-fixed contract of Commercialoff the Shelf (COTS) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software system to support the government�s requirement in full. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party�s expense. On June 2nd and� 3rd, 2020, the�Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), Occupational Health Clinic and the Headquarters Health Unit will be entertaining Virtual Demonstrations by all interested parties per the FAA�s EMR Market Survey/Sources Sought posted on February 20, 2020. There� will be 4-Time-Slots per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Time-slots will be filled on a 1st� requested and 1st� confirmed basis until all time-slots are filled. If not, how do you propose to meet the Governments need for Industrial Hygiene modules?� What kind of reports can be produced from the Industrial Hygiene Modules?� How will the Industrial Hygiene modules handle surveys, air sampling, noise dosimetry, etc.? 2.�� Can your product upload X-rays, or just X-ray reports? 3.�� Can the system be used with a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to log in? 4.�� Can the system document allergy shots given? 5.�� Can the system support a records review, such as an MD reviewing a PA or nurse record?� How would that affect timing of note signing?
