Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to iSoft Solutions for Technical Support and Maintenance pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) March 26, 2021. Point of contact is Robert J Radke at robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for technical support and maintenance services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with iSoft Solutions, LLC; 5361 Cleveland Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability may do so electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov.
