USDA FS Single-Award Firm-Fixed Price multi-year contract for janitorial cleaning services for 4 buildings, 5 days per week on weekdays for the Columbine Ranger District located on the San Juan NF. The Columbine District Office is located at 367 S. Pearl Street, Bayfield, Colorado 81122. La Plata County. �There are 3 buildings and one 24 x 60 modular building in this area that require these services. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years.� The base period anticipated is 1 May 2021 through 31 December 2021. The optional periods will run 1 January through 31 December of every year following.� An option year is not guaranteed.� Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 23 April 2021. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals.� One (1) contractor will be selected for single award.� Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award.
