Description

This is the official soliciation for the Airfield Civil Works IDIQ at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for a broad range of pavement maintenance, repair and minor construction, including but not limited to grading of subgrade and base course; resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, new full depth construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements; milling of bituminous concrete pavement; crack repair in bituminous concrete pavement; adjustment and/or modification of utility structures within and outside of pavements; painting new and/or removal of existing pavement markings; rubber removal from pavement; installation of new and/or repair of existing storm sewer systems that includes inlets, manholes, mitered end sections, and pipe; earthwork and vegetative stabilization on various real property facilities under this contract, including design and engineering services incidental to construction. The Contracting Officer (CO) will conduct negotiations with the Contractor and issue individual task orders for maintenance, repair and minor construction projects identified by the Base Civil Engineer (BCE) as part of this Airfield Civil Works Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Individual task order projects will vary in size. See Attachment 1 SOW Specification 28 Sept 2020 for the full Statement of Work. A site visit will be held on 30 March 2021, 10:30 AM CST. Participants will meet at the Tyndall Base Visitor's Center on Sabre Drive. Contractors shall provide the names of who will be attending the site visit no later than 22 March 2021, 4:30 PM CST by filling out Attachment 11 Base Access Request EAL for Airfield Site Visit and sending to all Points of Contact listed above. Contractors will be limited to two (2) personnel, shall wear an appropriate face mask, and adhere to social distancing and CDC guidelines. All questions are due no later than 2 April 2021, 1:00 PM. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All answers will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/. An amendment to this solicitation has been issued with the following changes: 1. Incorporate a revision of Attachment 2 IDIQ Pricing Schedule 2. Extend the proposal due date to 6 May 2021 at 1:00PM CDT 3. Update the 325th Contracting Squadron Address 4. Provide response to the RFIs received 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
