Description: The purpose of this project is to upgrade the chilled-water system at building 7050 and replace nine existing air handlers. The existing system consists of two water-cooled chillers, two cooling towers, and five pumps, which shall be replaced with one air-cooled chiller and two pumps. Work shall also include replacing several existing piping accessories, balancing existing air devices, and modifying existing HVAC controls.
