Description

NM-AN2100-21-00918 Victory Innovations Electrostatic Sprayers Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Requires 19 Victory Innovations Cordless Electrostatic Sprayers (Model #9872673). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2100-21-00918 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333413, Electrostatic Precipitation Equipment; the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is set aside for small business. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: 19 Each Victory Innovations (SKU: 9872673) Cordless Backpack Electrostatic Sprayers (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. Shipping shall be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
